by Charlotte Jackson | Aug 07, 2015

From Thursday the 1st of October the business information requirements for the EU Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) directive will come into effect, impacting all businesses and consumers within the UK. With the introduction of this new legislation, all traders operating within the UK will need to consider how these regulations will impact their business.

In partnership with the Trade Association Forum and TrustMark, GGF Training is delighted to announce that we will be hosting a series of nationwide information-based seminars to prepare UK based firms for what the ADR directive will mean for their business.
On Thursday 13th of August, GGF Training will be launching their first information-based seminar covering the topic of ADR at the Bankside Community Space  in central London.  Further information relating to the discussion topics of the seminar is available on the Training page, where you can also register for this course date or express your interest for future ADR seminars.
For members of GGF, FENSA , TAF, TrustMark or the Guild of Master Craftsmen, the cost will be £50 +VAT and for non-members the cost will be £75 +VAT per person.
